    Consecutive numbers are 1 away from each other

    they are

    x, x+1, x+2

    sum is 30

    x+x+1+x+2=30

    3x+3=30

    minus 3 from both sides

    3x=27

    divide both sides by 3

    x=9

    x+1=10

    x+2=11

    the least number is 9
