Tom and jasper have the same percentage of blue marbles in their bags of marbles. Tom had five blue marbles and 20 total marbles. jasper has 12 blue marbles. how many of jasper marbles are not blue?

    First find the persentage of blue marbles

    5/20 = 0.25

    0.25 = 25%

    Next find the persentage for the other marbles

    100% - 25% = 75%

    Now take 75% of Jasper's 12 marbles

    12*0.75 = 9 marbles are not blue
