    I would do papers over exit tickets

    First lets look at Mr. Rowely,

    his stating ratio should look like this 16:14

    after simplifying it to the lowest possible form you get 8:7

    Next lets look at Mr. Rivera,

    his starting ratio is 64:60

    after simplifying it to the lowest form you get 16:15

    So your final answer is no they are not equivalent, because when the ratios were simplified they were not eqaul
