The mean of a population being sampled is 64, and the standard deviation is 6. If the sample size is 50, the standard error of the mean is ___. (Round off your answer to the nearest hundredth)

    mean = 64

    standard deviation = 6

    sample size = 50

    Standard error of the sample mean = standard deviation / √sample size

    Standard error = 6 / √50 = 6/7.07 = 0.85
