    You can jst equate themas follows

    12 ounces of chocolate = 3 tablespoons

    72 ounces of chocolate = x tablespoons

    Cross multiply from this sttep. It will become

    12x = 72 multiplied by 3

    12x = 216

    Divide both sides by 12

    12x/12 = 216/12

    x = 18

    You will need 18 tablespoons of cocoa to make 72 ounces of hot chocolate
