Two positive charges of 2.8 x 10^-6 are separated by 0.50m. What force exists between the two charges?

    F = k (Q₁Q₂) / r²

    where k is Coulomb's constant 8.99e9

    F = 8.99e9 (2.8e-6) ²/0.5² = 0.2819N
