    The solution for this problem would be using this formula:Δf / f = 2v / c gives a very good approximate when c >> v, as in this problem.

    Δf / 4.4e6Hz = 2 * - 1.5m/s / 1540m/s Δf = 2 * - 1.5m/s / 1540m/s / 4400000Δf = - 8571.43 Hz would be the answer
