What is the difference between tocopherols and tocotrienols?

Both tocopherols and tocotrienols are members of the Vitamin E family. The main difference between the two is that tocopherols have saturated side chains on their molecules; on the other hand, tocotrienols have unsaturated side chains on their molecules.
