Compare and contrast the results of a crash while the passengers are not wearing seat belts and while they are wearing seat belts

One comparison is that both people in the cars (whether they were wearing a seat belt or not) is that they sustain injuries. People are obviously going to get hurt in a crash. A prime difference though is how big of an injury it is. People who were wearing seat belts at the time of a crash are less likely to have serious injuries, while those who weren't wearing seat belts have a higher possibility of sustaining really serious injuries.
