    P=dgh+p0

    Where p0 is the atmospheric pressure (1.01*10^5 Pa);

    d is the liquid density (water, 1000 kg/m³)

    g is the gravity acceleration (9.8 m/s²);

    h is the depth (9.31m).

    P = (1000) (9.8) (9.31) + 101000=192238 Pa
