A toaster can be considered to be a heat engine that does no work. Heat flows through the toaster coils without being transformed into mechanical energy. What is the thermal effeciency of this example of a heat engine?

    The answer is b) 1 because the heat can only consist of 1 or less and if you take away the mechanical energy its 1
