    Faults I believe is the correct answer

    Mountain Formation because when Seafloors Spread all plates rise upward. When Faults occur one plate rises and the other slides downward, and similar to the Subduction Zone they both sink downward. Unlike the mountain formation they each move outward and land rises into mountain form.
