Refrigerated air reads 68°f and appears to be climbing: food is at 41°f. what should you do

    The best way in handling the situation is setting the temperature lower compared to the given reading that will be exactly and will be of benefit for the food as if it is higher, it could cause the food to be frozen and it is not appropriate with the given circumstances especially when it is about to be cooked as it is required to be in a low temperature.
