When you break a magnet in half, how many poles does each piece have? Explain.

    If you break a magnet in half you will still have two poles one each because the magnetic field would be broken in half like the magnet but you also have created a new field

    When you cut a magnet in half it still has a north and south pole. No matter how many times you cut it it will still have a north and south pole.
