    Note that 1 mL (milliliter) = 1 cm^3.

    The volume of water is

    Vw = 50.00 mL = 50 cm^3

    From tables, the density of aluminum is 2.7 g/cm^3.

    Because mass = density * volume, the volume of the aluminum is

    Va = (15 g) / (2.7 g/cm^23) = 5.556 m^3

    Because the aluminum sinks and displaces water in the cylinder, the new volume is the sum of the volume of water and the aluminum.

    New volume = Vw + Va = 50 + 5.556 = 55.556 cm^3

    Answer: 55.6 cm³ (nearest tenth)
