The answer to your question is letter "C". The domains in a temporary magnet will lose alignment over time, resulting in a weakening magnetic field, to no field at all. Temporary magnets also tend to be weaker. Temporary magnets are also incredibly easy to create. Get a strong permanent magnet and rub an iron nail over it in the same direction 100 to 150 times, and try picking up a metal paperclip with it. It should work! If not, rub it a few more times.
