    Velocity initial = 23 m/s

    velocity final = 0m/s (car comes to a stop)

    distance = 210 m

    a=?

    plug it in

    0 = (23) ^2 + 2 (a) (210)

    -529=420a

    a = - 1.26 meters per seconds squared
