KE = Force (in Newtons) x distance (in meters)

To convert mass and velocity into units of force and distance we need to use the standard kinetic energy equation kE = 1/2m x v^2

    = 0.00420kg * 1330^2m/s

    = 7429.38 j

    = 7430 j
