    Mass of student m = 95kg

    Length of tye rope L = 4 m

    Time taken t = 3 sec

    Power = Work / t

    Work = m x g x h = 95 x 4 x 9.81 = 3727.8

    Power = 3727.8 / 3 = 1.2 x 10^3 Watts
