The factors affecting the electrical forces between 2 objects are the charge and the distance between them because we calculate the electric force between them by coloumb's law which equals = K*Q1 * Q2/r^2

    Where,

Q1 and Q2 are the charges of 2 objects and they are directly proportional to the electric charge so, by increasing them the electric charge increases

    K is the coloumb's constant and approximatly equals 9*10^9 N. m^2/c^2

r is the distance between the 2 objects and it is inversly proportional to the electric charge so, by increasing distance the electric charge decreases
