Is the change in kinetic energy of your ball greater than, less than, or equal to the change in kinetic energy of your friend's ball?

    The change in kinetic energy of your ball is equal to the change in kinetic energy of your friend's ball. Because in the end they both fall from the same height picking up the same amount of kinetic energy as per the law fo conservation of energy theory
