    0.027m/s

    Explanation:

    The speed of a body is the distance travelled with respect to time taken.

    Mathematically;

    Speed = Distance/time

    Distance = 27.0mm

    Time = 1.00secs

    Since 1000mm = 1m

    27mm = (27/1000) m

    27mm = 0.027m

    Speed = 0.027/1.00

    Speed of the pendulum = 0.027m/s
