resolution is the minimum value of measurement of any measuring device. It is said to be the most important feature of any measuring device.

For any device to have a good resolution, the device should have high accuracy and high precision.

    Explanation:

Accuracy is the amount of uncertainty in the measurement of the parameters with respect to a absolute standard value. Accuracy also takes the account of error in the measurement. it can simply be regarded as the efficiency of the measurements and readings being taken.

Precision is the random spread of measured value around the average measured value. precision describes the ability to reproduce the measurement.
