    a. U = 1.68 μJ

    b. i = 7.39 mA

    Explanation:

    a.

    The energy total of the circuit can be find using

    U = Q ² / 2 * C

    Q = 3.56 μC

    C = 3.77 μF

    U = (3.56 μC) ² / 2 * 3.77 μF

    U = 1.6808 x 10 ⁻⁶ J

    U = 1.68 μJ

    b.

    Now to determine the current in the circuit

    U = ¹/₂ * L * i²

    i² = 2 * U / L

    i = √ 2 * U / L

    i = √2 * 1.68 μJ / 61.5 mH

    i = 7.39 mA
