Assumptions in a projectile motions are mainly three and they are as following:

    1. Acceleration due to gravity is constant throughout the travel period and always directed downward.

    2. the medium of projectile motion is assumed to be non resistive that is air resistance is considered.

    3. Moreover, the rotation of earth on its axis does not affect the motion.
