    Ek = force x distance

    Ek = 5 x 2

    Kinetic energy = 10 joules

    Answer: D. 10 J

    Explanation: Work is equal to the product of force and distance. Work is equal to energy. So the value for work is equal to energy.

    W = Fd

    = 5N (2 m)

    = 10 J
