Newton's first law of motion states that an object is said to be at rest until an external force acts on it. Newton's second law of motion states that If a body is acted upon by the unbalanced force, it will accelerate in the direction of the applied force.

    Explanation:

Firstly the car is in a rest position. It does not experience any movement unless any force act on it. A truck coming in the opposite direction hits the car. This explains Newton's first law of motion " An object is said to be at rest until an external force acts on it." The car will experience a movement because of the external force exerted by the truck. When the truck hits the car, it moves. This is due to the unbalanced force exerted on the car. This explains Newton's second law of motion "If a body is acted upon by the unbalanced force, it will accelerate in the direction of the applied force". The acceleration of an object is directly proportional to the external force inversely proportional to its mass.

Newton's I: The car will continue to rest until the moment of impact and there will be no change n acceleration until the truck hits the car.

Newton's II: The incident's impact will depend on the masses of the two bodies. The truck will not come to an immediate stop as its body mass is greater than that of a car. However, it may slow down and the direction of its motion will change based on the impact angle. The car will begin to move when hit by the truck.

    Explanation:

    Law1:

Any object that is at rest remains at rest and an object that is in motion will continue to be in motion.

    Law2:

The acceleration of any object is reliant on two variables - the net force acting upon the object and the mass of that object.
