    Bad

    Explanation:

To an ordinary person the atmosphere may look beautiful with the glowing sunlight, but to an astronomer the atmosphere causes various effects which includes distortion, reddening, refraction etc, which causes a blur vision of space when viewed through a telescope. This is problem NASA overcame and launched the Hubble space telescope in space.
