In a diffraction experiment, light of 600nm wavelengthproduces

a first-order maximum 0.350 mm from the central maximum ona distant

screen. A second monochromatic source produces athird-order maximum

0.870mm from the central maximum when it passesthrough the same

diffraction grating. What is the wavelengthof the light from the

second source?
