Physical properties are those properties which are measurable and describe state of some physical system.

The changes in physical properties are observable and physical properties are quantitative which means they can be measured.

For example, take height of a person as a physical property.

Height is measurable and describes how high a person is.

We can observe if height of a person is changed.

Chemical properties are those properties that describe how the system behaves in chemical reactions.

For example take enthalpy of ionisation. This property will tell us whether the atom forms a ion or not in the reaction.
