    The answer is: velocity of the object is 0.7m/s

    Explanation:

    Here, the explanation for the above answer is being explained below:-

    Student fired an arrow object of mass 0.07kg which is initially at rest

    Speed when the object emerged is v.

    Object mass m = 1.5 kg Arrow emerging velocity v = 75 m/s

    mv + mv = mv + mv

    (0.07kg) (90m/s) + (1.5kg) (0m/s) = (0.07kg) (75m/s) + (1.5kg) (V2)

    (6.3) + (0) = (5.25) + (1.5) (V2)

    1.05 = (1.5) (V2)

    V2 = 0.7m/s

    So the resulting velocity of the object is 0.7m/s.
