If you were given 3.9 moles of Na how many moles of NaCl would you produce

    If the balanced reaction equation is 2Na + Cl2 - ->2NaCl then 3.9 moles of NaCl would be produced if enough Cl2 is present. However if the reaction is different you would need to balance the equation and look at the relative moles to see the ratio that they react at to then calculate the moles of NaCl
