    Answer: The velocity of air at outlet is 13.33m/s

    Explanation:

    For incompressible fluids,

    The continuity equation is given as

    A1*v1 = A2*v2

    A1 = 0.4m²

    v1 = 10m/s

    A2 = 0.3m²

    substituting,

    0.4 * (10) = 0.3 (v2)

    v2 = 4/0.3 = 13.33m/s

    The velocity of air at outlet is 13.33m/s
