    For 10 seconds, v = d/t

    4 = d/10

    d = 4*10 = 40m

    For 2 seconds,

    V=d/t

    12 = d/2

    d = 12 * 2 = 24m

    For the last 10 seconds,

    S = ut + 1/2 at^2

    S = 0*10 + 1/2 * - 3 * 10^2

    S=-150m
