Electromagnetic radiation is waves with an electric and a magnetic part that carries energy, the electromagnetic spectrum includes x rays, UV light, infrared light, visible light, and other types of waves. Cellphones use electromagnetic waves to communicate with satellites in order to make calls, with modem receptors to obtain access to Wi-Fi, etc. Electric cars have motors that work with electromagnetic radiation, and sometimes have also infrared sensors. GPS uses radiofrequency waves to establish a connection between satellites and GPS dispositive. Food processors can use electromagnetic radiation if they have sensors, otherwise, they do not use it. Also, I do not know what do you mean with food processors, for example, microwaves and other heating electro domestics use microwaves to increase the energy of the particles in the food, but the processors just use electric and mechanic power.
