    1.695 kg

    Explanation:

    maximum tension, T = 20 N

    acceleration, a = 2 m/s^2

    acceleration due to gravity, g = 9.8 m/s^2

    Let the mass of fish is m.

    Use Newton's second law

    T - mg = ma

    T = m (g + a)

    20 = m (9.8 + 2)

    m = 1.695 kg

    Thus, the largest mass of the fish is 1.695 kg.
