    We can use option C

    Initial velocity=28.3m/s

    Explanation:

    acceleration (a) = 4.7m/s^2

    distance (d) = 150m

    Final velocity (v) = 47m/s

    Initial velocity (u) = ?

    V^2=u^2+2xaxd

    47^2=u^2+2x4.7x150

    2209=u^2+1410

    U^2=2209-1410

    U^2=799

    U=√ (799)

    u=28.3m/s
