You are cooking a pizza. You place your pizza on a metal tray at room temperature at put it in the oven. When the pizza is cooked you remove the pizza from the oven. Eventually it returns to room temperature again. Describe and explain in detail what happens to the motion of the particles in the metal tray.

    when the tray is placed in the oven, the particles get heated their temperature increases hence their kinetic energy therefore the particles vibrate morer vigorously. When the tray is removed from the oven, it's temperature decreases, kinetic energy of the particles decreases hence they vibrate slowly.
