Average speed = (total distance covered) / (time to cover the distance)

    Total distance = (250m + 1,000m + 350m + the rest) = 2,000 meters

    Total time = (2min + 4min + 1min + 3min) = 10 minutes

    Average speed = (2,000 meters) / (10 minutes)

Average speed = 200 meters per minute
