    Mass of toddler = 12.5 kg

    Explanation:

    The potential energy of a body is given by the expression, PE = mgh, where m is the mass of the body, g is the acceleration due to gravity value and h is the height of the body.

    Potential energy = 187.5 J

    Height = 1.5 m

    Substituting

    187.5 = m * 10 * 1.5

    m = 12.5 kg

    So mass of toddler = 12.5 kg
