    r = 22393 m.

    From the Coulomb's Law equation F = kq₁q₂/r² we have to clear the distance r:

    r = √kq₁q₂/F

    Solving:

    r = √[ (9x10⁹N. m²/C²) (12C) (13C) ]/2800N

    r = 22393 m
