Energy of a wave is proportional to (amplitude) ²

it is also proportional to (frequency) ²

    It is proportional to velocity

    Here velocity is constant

    energy of wave ∝ (amplitude) ² x (frequency) ²

So, option C a high amplitude and a high frequency is correct.
