    Angular speed = (1 rotation / 24 hours) x (360 degrees / rotation)

    Angular speed = (1 x 360 / 24) x (rotation - degrees / hours - rotation)

    Angular speed = 15 degrees/hour

    or

    Angular speed = 1 degree / 4 minutes

Angular speed = 15 minutes of angle / minute of time

Angular speed = 1/4 minute of angle / second of time

Angular speed = 15 seconds of angle / second of time

    or

    Angular speed = π/12 radian / hour
