Before coming into conclusion first we have to know the basic properties of matter as mentioned in the question.

During physical reaction only the physical properties are changed. Here no new elements or compounds having a different chemical composition or configuration is formed. only the states and certain thermodynamic parametres are changed.

During the chemical reaction, the products are formed with different chemical composition and structure. The reactants and products are completely different.

Generally all reversible reactions are physical approximately physical in nature. Here is also no change in its composition. The state of a system can be retraced back under specific conditions.

In an irreversible reaction the initial and final products are different. The state of a thermodynamic process can be retraced back.

H options 'B' and 'D' are right where there will be no change in the composition of the substance.
