    10 m/s

    As water is still so the velocity of fish with respect to water is same as 10 m/s.

    Explanation:

    Initial velocity of fish in vertical direction, u = 0

    h = 5 m

    g = 10 m/s^2

    Use third equation of motion

    V^2 = u^2 + 2 g h

    V^2 = 0 + 2 * 10 * 5

    V^2 = 100

    V = 10 m/s
