    The normal force Fn = m g cos 50 = 46 * 9.8 *.643 = 290 N

    The frictional force u Fn =.38 * 290 = 110 N

    The gravitational force along the ramp Fg = m g sin 50 = 345 N

    The net force "up" the ramp is then (520 - 110 - 345) = 64.7 N

    So a = F / m = 64.7 N / 46 kg = 1.41 m/s^2
