Answer: clay, gravel, loosely packed soil

The materials which have greater porosity will allow the flow of water from them. The porosity can be defined as the amounts of soil spaces or pores present in the soil which allows the exchange of gases and the water.

Clay particles although remain in the aggregated form do exhibit the large number of small pores which can allow the water seep inside the soil.

Gravel is a loose aggregate of rock fragments hence, it will also have pores and will allow the water to pass.

Loosely packed soil will have appreciable amounts of pores therefore will allow the flow of water.
