    Velocity of the box when it hits the ground=22.14 m/s

    Explanation:

    using kinematic equation

    Vf² = Vi² + 2 g h

    Vf = final velocity

    Vi = initial velocity=0

    g = 9.8 m/s²

    h = height = 25 m

    so Vf² = 0 + 2 (9.8) (25)

    Vf=22.14 m/s

    Thus the velocity of the box when it hits the ground=22.14 m/s
