    Weight of block = mg

    = 10 x 32 = 320 poundal.

    frictional force (maximum)

= coefficient of friction x weight of block

    =.3 x 320

    = 96 poundal.

    Applied force = 2 x 32 poundal

    = 64 poundal.

Since applied force is less than max frictionl force possible, so

the block must not be moving.

magnitude of frictional force = applied force

    = 64 poundal.
