Psychologist Carl Rogers developed client-centered therapy that consists of three important stages : congruence, unconditional positive regard, and empathy which includes reflection as a final tool of communicating with patient, giving him ability to descent self-estimation. The only extra element in this scale is authenticity because in wide psykological circle, the phrase 'be yourself' is the words advice you can give a person, which goes against effective complex therapy.
